Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded except as outlined below.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is demonstrably faulty or damaged upon delivery. We will not provide refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase
• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer
• Bans, restrictions, or consequences resulting from use of the product
• Inability to use the product due to your own software or hardware

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us will result in permanent blacklisting from all shefu223 services.

Config packages and Lua scripts are delivered digitally via Discord. Upon successful payment, your Discord account is automatically assigned the relevant product role, granting access to the download channel. It is your responsibility to ensure your Discord account is linked and in good standing at the time of purchase.

NFA accounts are delivered via a secure download page after payment. Account credentials are provided in a downloadable file alongside the account loader. Download links expire after 24 hours and will not be reissued. It is your responsibility to save all files immediately upon receipt. Delivery may take up to 60 seconds while accounts are validated.

FunPay purchases are delivered via a redemption code. You must redeem the code at shefu223.shop/fp-redeem using your Discord user ID to receive your product role and license key (if applicable).

An invoice/receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Keep this for your records.

You may not redistribute, resell, leak, share, or otherwise make available any purchased product or its contents without explicit written permission from shefu223.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any protection mechanism (including but not limited to the shefu.lua license key system) is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all purchased products
• License key deactivation without refund
• Permanent ban from the Discord server and all shefu223 services

The following terms apply specifically to all CS2 NFA Account purchases and take precedence over the general terms above where they conflict.

NFA accounts are sold on a strict "as-is, where-is" basis. Account longevity is not guaranteed. The account you receive may be recovered by the original owner, banned, restricted, or otherwise rendered inaccessible by Valve or any third party at any time — including the possibility of losing access within as little as one day of purchase.

shefu223's Shop assumes absolutely no liability for any loss of access after the warranty window.

Outside of the warranty window, an account that gets recovered, banned, or locked is not considered faulty. This is the inherent nature of NFA accounts, and you accept this risk in full. No replacements, credits, or chargebacks will be issued.

Account details (rank, inventory, medals, hours) are described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but may change without notice. Minor discrepancies do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute. You get what you get.

A valid email address is required at checkout for the purpose of sending your purchase receipt, and for verifying your identity in support enquiries.

Download links expire 24 hours after purchase and will not be reissued. Save everything immediately. Replacements can be requested at shefu223.shop/replacement within the applicable warranty window.

Products purchased through FunPay are delivered via a one-time redemption code. Each code can only be used once. Attempting to redeem an already-used code will be rejected.

To redeem your code, visit shefu223.shop/fp-redeem and enter both your redemption code and your Discord user ID. Your product role and license key (where applicable) will be issued automatically.

If you are not yet a member of our Discord server at the time of redemption, your role will be assigned automatically when you join.

All FunPay sales are subject to the same refund policy outlined in Section 02. For disputes related to FunPay payments, contact FunPay support directly regarding payment issues, and contact us for product-related issues.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This section describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect:

• Discord user information (user ID, username, avatar) — collected via Discord OAuth when you log in to make a purchase
• Email address — collected at checkout (Stripe, crypto, or NFA purchases) for invoicing and support verification
• IP address — recorded in server logs when you visit the site or make API requests
• Purchase history — order IDs, products purchased, payment method, and amounts

What we do NOT collect or store:

• Credit card numbers or bank details — all card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card information
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses — crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments
• Passwords — we do not have a password-based account system

How we use your data:

• To deliver your purchased products (assign Discord roles, generate license keys, send download links)
• To send purchase receipts and invoices to your email
• To verify your identity in support enquiries
• To log purchases in our Discord server for internal record-keeping
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Local storage: When you log in with Discord, an authentication token (JWT) is stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. This token is removed when you click "Logout". No other tracking data is stored locally.

Cookies: shefu223.shop does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking services. The only data stored in your browser is the authentication token described above.

Server-side storage: Purchase records, license keys, and order logs are stored in a secure database (Supabase). FunPay redemption codes are stored on our server. NFA order data is stored temporarily in server memory and in a persistent file on our server.

Data security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access to databases. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of any inaccurate data
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data, subject to our need to retain records for legitimate business purposes (e.g. purchase records for dispute resolution)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@shefu223.shop with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Note that requesting deletion of purchase-related data does not entitle you to a refund, nor does it revoke any terms you agreed to at the time of purchase.

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. shefu223 is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to:

• Game bans, VAC bans, or account restrictions resulting from the use of any purchased product
• Loss of access to NFA accounts (see Section 05)
• Interruptions to service or product availability
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of shefu223.shop after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes that affect existing customers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via Discord or email.
