shefu223.shop ("we", "our", "us") is an online store operated by shefu223, selling digital products including but not limited to configuration packages, Lua scripts, NFA (Not Full Access) accounts, and cheat software subscriptions and license keys.
By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase any products.
These terms apply to all purchases made through shefu223.shop, whether paid via Stripe (card), cryptocurrency (NOWPayments), or FunPay.
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded except as outlined below.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is demonstrably faulty or damaged upon delivery. We will not provide refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases made by the customer
- Bans, restrictions, or consequences resulting from use of the product
- Inability to use the product due to your own software or hardware
Raising an issue: If you believe your product is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via Discord ticket or email, and provide clear proof of the problem (screenshots, error messages). Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
Fraudulent & unauthorized payments: Paying with a stolen credit/debit card, someone else's payment details without their permission, or any other unauthorized payment method is fraud. This applies to every product we sell - configs, Lua scripts, NFA accounts, cheat subscriptions, license keys, and FunPay orders alike. Fraudulent orders are void: delivered products, roles, keys, and accounts are revoked or deactivated where possible, and nothing is owed to the buyer. By purchasing, you confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Payment disputes. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we contest it by submitting our full delivery evidence to the payment processor - order records, timestamps, delivery logs, the email address used, IP address, and proof the product was delivered. Confirmed payment fraud is reported to the relevant payment providers and may be reported to law enforcement.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us will result in permanent blacklisting from all shefu223 services. If you have a genuine issue, contact us first - legitimate problems are resolved quickly through Discord or email.
Config packages and Lua scripts are delivered digitally via Discord. Upon successful payment, your Discord account is automatically assigned the relevant product role, granting access to the download channel. It is your responsibility to ensure your Discord account is linked and in good standing at the time of purchase.
NFA accounts are delivered via a secure download page after payment. Account credentials are provided in a downloadable file alongside the account loader. Download links expire after 24 hours and will not be reissued. It is your responsibility to save all files immediately upon receipt. Delivery may take up to 60 seconds while accounts are validated.
FunPay purchases are delivered via a redemption code. You must redeem the code at shefu223.shop/fp-redeem using your Discord user ID to receive your product role and license key (if applicable).
An invoice/receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Keep this for your records.
You may not redistribute, resell, leak, share, or otherwise make available any purchased product or its contents without explicit written permission from shefu223.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any protection mechanism (including but not limited to the shefu.lua license key system) is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all purchased products
- License key deactivation without refund
- Permanent ban from the Discord server and all shefu223 services
The following terms apply specifically to all NFA Account purchases and take precedence over the general terms above where they conflict.
Warranty Period: The warranty depends on the account type:
Prime, Premier, Premier Rating, Medals & Rust Accounts: 6 hours. You have a 6-hour window from purchase to verify the credentials work and that you can log in. If the account does not log in at all within this window, request a replacement at shefu223.shop/replacement or open a ticket on our Discord with proof (screenshot of the login error) and we will provide a one-time replacement. After the window passes, no replacements will be offered.
Skins & Knife/Glove accounts: no warranty. These accounts are validated upon delivery to confirm they are working at the time they are sent, and are therefore sold final with no warranty and no replacements under any circumstances.
NFA accounts are sold on a strict "as-is, where-is" basis. Account longevity is not guaranteed. The account you receive may be recovered by the original owner, banned, restricted, or otherwise rendered inaccessible by Valve or any third party at any time - including the possibility of losing access within as little as one day of purchase.
shefu223's Shop assumes absolutely no liability for any loss of access after the warranty window.
Activate immediately. NFA accounts must be purchased with the intention of activating and using them right away. The warranty window begins at the time of purchase, not at the time you first log in. We are not responsible for accounts that are activated after the warranty window has elapsed and are found not to work - by delaying activation you forfeit any replacement eligibility, and accept full responsibility for the outcome.
Outside of the warranty window, an account that gets recovered, banned, or locked is not considered faulty. This is the inherent nature of NFA accounts, and you accept this risk in full. No replacements, credits, or chargebacks will be issued.
Account details (rank, inventory, medals, hours) are described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but may change without notice. Minor discrepancies do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute. You get what you get.
A valid email address is required at checkout for the purpose of sending your purchase receipt, and for verifying your identity in support enquiries.
Download links expire 24 hours after purchase and will not be reissued. Save everything immediately. Replacements can be requested at nfa.shefu223.shop within the applicable warranty window.
The following terms apply specifically to all cheat subscription and license key purchases made at shefu223.shop/store/cheats, and take precedence over the general terms above where they conflict. You must accept these terms at checkout before every purchase.
We are a reseller. shefu223.shop resells subscriptions and license keys for third-party software. We do not develop, own, or operate any of the cheats sold, and we have no control over the software itself, its features, its availability, or its detection status.
All sales are strictly final - no refunds, no exceptions. Subscriptions and license keys are digital goods that are consumed the moment they are delivered. Once a subscription or credits have been gifted to your account on the cheat's platform, or a license key has been generated and shown to you, the product cannot be recalled, and no refund, exchange, credit, or partial refund will be issued for any reason.
Gifted subscriptions. Some products are delivered by gifting the subscription or credits directly to the forum/platform username you enter at checkout. You are solely responsible for entering the correct username. We check that the username exists before payment, but we cannot verify that it belongs to you. If you provide the wrong username and the subscription is gifted to that account, the order is considered delivered and complete - no refund or re-delivery will be provided.
License key delivery. Other products are delivered as a license key shown once on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Save your key immediately. A key that is lost, deleted, or shared after delivery will not be reissued. If your key fails to activate at all, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with clear proof (screenshots of the error) and we will verify it with the developer and issue a replacement if the key is confirmed faulty. A key that has been successfully activated is not eligible for replacement.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be given for:
- Dissatisfaction with the software, its features, or its performance
- Change of mind or accidental purchases (wrong product, category, duration, or amount)
- Entering an incorrect forum/platform username or email address at checkout
- Game bans, VAC bans, matchmaking cooldowns, or any other penalty resulting from use of the software
- The software being detected, going offline, entering maintenance, or being discontinued by its developer
- Your account being banned, suspended, or restricted by the cheat platform itself
- Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or other software
- Unused subscription time - subscription time runs from the moment of delivery, not from first use
Third-party risk. Software functionality, updates, uptime, and platform access are controlled entirely by the respective developers. Any issue arising after successful delivery (detection, downtime, feature changes, platform bans) is a matter between you and the developer and does not entitle you to a refund from us.
Use at your own risk. These products modify game behaviour and their use violates the terms of service of the games they are used in. You accept full and sole responsibility for any consequences to your game accounts. shefu223.shop is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or any game publisher.
Pricing. All cheat products are priced and charged in GBP. Prices displayed in other currencies are live-rate estimates shown for convenience and may differ slightly from your bank's conversion. Card payments include a processing fee shown at checkout; crypto payments do not.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered cheat subscription without contacting us first is treated as fraud and handled as described in Section 02: the dispute is contested with full delivery evidence, active products and keys tied to your accounts are revoked where possible, and you are permanently blacklisted from all shefu223 services. Purchases made with stolen or unauthorized payment methods are void from the moment they are placed.
The NFA referral programme lets you earn a commission on NFA accounts bought by others using your personal referral code. It is separate from any other referral or affiliate scheme we operate.
Creating a code. Anyone can register a referral account with an email address and password at shefu223.shop/nfa-referral and choose a code. One account is permitted per email address. Your code may be renamed once.
How earnings work. When a buyer enters your code at NFA checkout, they receive a discount on their order and your account is credited a commission equal to a percentage of that order's product subtotal (the current rates are shown on your dashboard and at checkout). Commission is credited only after the order has been paid for and successfully fulfilled. Balances are held in GBP and shown on your dashboard in your local currency for convenience.
Spending your balance. While logged into your referral dashboard, you may pay for NFA accounts directly using your balance ("Pay via Dash Balance") at checkout. This option applies to NFA accounts only and never to any other product. The full order amount is deducted from your balance at the product price with no processing fee added; the referral buyer discount does not apply when paying with your own balance. If, after a successful payment, we are unable to issue your key(s), the deducted amount is automatically returned to your balance.
Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard. Withdrawals are requested by opening a ticket in our Discord and are processed manually via PayPal or cryptocurrency. Payout currency conversions are made at our discretion using prevailing exchange rates.
Abuse. You may not use your own code on your own purchases, create multiple accounts to inflate earnings, use bots or fake orders, or otherwise manipulate the programme. We may withhold or reverse commission, reset balances, and close referral accounts found to be engaging in fraud or abuse. We reserve the right to change the commission rate, buyer discount, minimum withdrawal, or to modify or discontinue the programme at any time. Commission has no cash value except as an account balance redeemable through the withdrawal process described above.
Products purchased through FunPay are delivered via a one-time redemption code. Each code can only be used once. Attempting to redeem an already-used code will be rejected.
To redeem your code, visit shefu223.shop/fp-redeem and enter both your redemption code and your Discord user ID. Your product role and license key (where applicable) will be issued automatically.
If you are not yet a member of our Discord server at the time of redemption, your role will be assigned automatically when you join.
All FunPay sales are subject to the same refund policy outlined in Section 02. For disputes related to FunPay payments, contact FunPay support directly regarding payment issues, and contact us for product-related issues.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This section describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What we collect:
- Discord user information (user ID, username, avatar) - collected via Discord OAuth when you log in to make a purchase
- Email address - collected at checkout (Stripe, crypto, or NFA purchases) for invoicing and support verification, and when you register for the NFA referral programme
- Referral account credentials - if you join the NFA referral programme, your email and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
- IP address - recorded in server logs when you visit the site or make API requests
- Purchase history - order IDs, products purchased, payment method, and amounts
What we do NOT collect or store:
- Credit card numbers or bank details - all card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card information
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses - crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments
- Plain-text passwords - referral account passwords are stored only as a salted hash and cannot be read by us
How we use your data:
- To deliver your purchased products (assign Discord roles, generate license keys, send download links)
- To send purchase receipts and invoices to your email
- To verify your identity in support enquiries
- To log purchases in our Discord server for internal record-keeping
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Local storage: When you log in with Discord, or into the NFA referral dashboard with your email and password, an authentication token (JWT) is stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. This token is removed when you log out. Your preferred display currency is also saved locally. No other tracking data is stored locally.
Cookies: We use a single functional login cookie (named nfa_ref_session) for the NFA referral dashboard. When you log in, it keeps you signed in across visits, and it is removed when you log out. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or any third-party tracking services. The only data stored in your browser is this login cookie, the authentication token, and the display preferences described above.
Server-side storage: Purchase records, license keys, order logs, and NFA referral accounts (with salted-hashed passwords) and their earnings are stored in a secure database (Supabase). FunPay redemption codes are stored on our server. NFA order data is stored temporarily in server memory and in a persistent file on our server.
Data security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access to databases. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. shefu223 is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to:
- Game bans, VAC bans, or account restrictions resulting from the use of any purchased product
- Loss of access to NFA accounts (see Section 05)
- Interruptions to service or product availability
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of shefu223.shop after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes that affect existing customers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via Discord or email.
